We process orders promptly and ship with trusted carriers, so you can expect timely delivery and peace of mind from the moment you check out. Whether it’s your first order or your fifth, we treat every package with care — because your experience matters to us.

Please allow up to 1-3 business days for processing and up to 3-5 business days for shipping after processing  (not including weekends and Holidays). 

Pre-orders: Please allow 5-14 business days for made-to-order items to be processed before shipping. We appreciate your patience as we carefully craft your order! 

Processing and delivery times may be longer due to high volume of orders and shipping delays. 

We are not responsible for lost packages once delivered or damage during the shipping process. If your package is lost please contact your local USPS carrier.
